Four killed as rocket hits Maiduguri, shatters vehicle

PARTS of troubled Maiduguri, Borno State, was thrown into panic as a strange rocket fell, killing four persons, while several others sustained injuries.

A loud explosion, which caused many to flee, was heard in part of the troubled town at about 6pm.

Some of the people, who spoke with our correspondent, said a rocket fell on Adam Kolo area of the town.

The multiple sources said four persons were killed in the explosion, which also resulted in injuries to many others.
